The Band was formed in 1957.  They have been known as the 46th Gloucester Scout Band, Christchurch (Gloucester) Scout & Guide Band and are now known as the Gloster Gladiators Scout Band and are a marching Brass band.

Members of the band are aged 8 years onwards and are all members of the 46th Gloucester Scout Group. They play a variety of instruments including Trumpets, Cornets, Baritones, Glockenspiels and Snare Drums.  The Members are taught how to play an instrument and how to march.  They practice every Monday evening, 6.50pm - 8.45pm, weekly subs are £1.50.  If you are a member of the Group and would like to join the band please email for details of where to go.
